Truth Treatments is dedicated to bringing you the best in skin health to you whenever you live. We are committed to offering you the best possible processing and shipping service, including shipping insurance both nationally and internationally.

HANDLING

Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Toronto, CA Monday through Friday except holidays. For in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Out-of-stock items will show “out of stock” on the website and purchases of those items won’t be available.

SHIPPING

CANADIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING SERVICES

For the Canadian Domestic Shipping Services, we offer multiple shipping options convinced that each client knows which carrier serves their area of residence better.
Among the options, clients will find a variety of transit time choices, carriers, and prices. It is included extra low-cost an option for small orders (parcels below 1lb of weight). Shipping options are shown at check-out including price and transit times. Most US orders arrive within 7 business days from Shipment Day. Please note shipping does not include arrival on weekends and holidays.
Email notifications will be sent along with order confirmation and tracking information. Orders may also be tracked by logging into your Truth Treatments account.
Truth Treatments is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including address errors, transit delays, transportation failures, weather, and acts of nature.
